Draw Audit Service Terms

These terms apply to ABA | Draw Audit, a customized professional analysis service provided by ABA Intl. By purchasing and submitting material, you agree to the following conditions.

Scope of service

One purchase covers one adult customer, one handgun, one holster and one carry configuration. The service includes review of usable submitted footage, an individual video analysis, a TMM Draw Scorecard, identified correction priorities, a personalized 14-day training protocol and one reasonable follow-up question submitted within seven days after delivery.

Customer eligibility and responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for lawful possession, handling, training, recording and sharing of all submitted material. You must follow applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, range rules and generally accepted firearm-safety practices.

Submission requirements

The delivery period begins only after payment has cleared and ABA Intl has received complete, accessible and usable material. If a link is inaccessible or the footage cannot support a responsible analysis, you may be asked to submit replacement material. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccessible or unsuitable submissions do not count toward the five-business-day period.

Prohibited material

ABA Intl will not review real-world violence, criminal activity, confidential or restricted operational material, content involving minors, or footage recorded under unsafe or unlawful conditions. Such material may be rejected without analysis.

Nature and limitations

The Draw Audit is a limited analysis of the information visible and measurable in the submitted material. It is not an in-person safety inspection, medical evaluation, legal opinion, firearm license, instructor credential, government qualification or guarantee of a particular performance result. Conclusions may be limited by video angle, frame rate, audio, missing metrics, equipment visibility and other factors outside ABA Intl control.

Delivery

ABA Intl aims to deliver the completed audit within five business days after confirming receipt of complete and usable material. Delivery is made electronically to the purchase email or another verified address supplied by the customer.

Refunds

A refund may be requested before individualized analysis of the submitted material begins. Once the analysis has started, the customized service is non-refundable. If ABA Intl determines that it cannot responsibly perform the purchased service from compliant replacement material, the available remedy is a refund of the Draw Audit purchase price.

Results

No specific improvement, time reduction or operational result is promised. Results depend on the customer’s practice, consistency, physical condition, equipment, context, adherence to safety practices and other factors.

Intellectual property

The individualized report, scorecard and protocol are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal training use. ABA Intl methods, forms, analysis structure and educational content may not be resold, republished, distributed as an instructor product or used to create a competing commercial service without written permission.

Privacy and publicity

Submitted material is handled under the Draw Audit Privacy Notice. ABA Intl does not receive automatic permission to publish your identity, footage, results or testimonial. Promotional use requires separate written consent.
